Redmond Center Manager
EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:
The Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO) invites qualified individuals to complete an employment application for available staff positions. PRCCO is a non-profit ministry that holds 501c3 status. We are also considered to be a ministry / religious affiliated organization that upholds pro-life beliefs. The mission of the PRCCO is to equip individuals to choose life affirming values for themselves, their pregnancies and their relationships. Our centers welcome women and men to participate in all of our services and we provide support and resources to them as they make decisions about their pregnancies.
The Redmond Center Manager (CM) is responsible for ensuring the mission and vision of the PRCCO is realized through effective management of their assigned Center and service excellence to all clients that walk through our doors (women, men and children). The CM will direct general day-to-day operations, as well as provide management, leadership, recruitment and development of volunteer staff. The CM will oversee delivery of client services, supporting resources and materials needed to meet the client’s needs. The CM is accountable for working as a team with other Center Managers to provide leadership, wisdom and guidance for the PRCCO as a whole. The CM will also serve as the “face of the ministry” to the community; engaging and educating churches, civic organizations and individuals with our mission to transform one life at a time in Central Oregon.
Registered Nurse Sonographer - Prineville

The Registered Nurse Sonographer has the responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the medical services at the pregnancy center. This includes performing ultrasounds and pregnancy tests, options consultation and mentorship for clients, and assisting the Center Manager with providing education to staff/volunteers.
Center Assistant

The Center Assistant (CA) is responsible for providing operational support and assistance within the Pregnancy Resource Centers of Central Oregon (PRCCO). The CA will primarily function as an office assistant, but may be asked to direct general day-to-day operations. CA will be trained to provide all aspects of client services including client advocacy.
