Like many, you may be good at burying the emotions and the feelings, but at some point in your life you will most likely be forced to deal with them. We have found the best way for women to understand their feelings after abortion is to talk with someone who understands what they are experiencing. The Hearts of Hope, post abortion healing classes are offered at various Pregnancy Resource Center location and can happen in a group setting or one-on-one. Understanding, listening, and healing begins as you spend time walking through a simple curriculum that helps you process your emotions and begin to forgive yourself.
